This seems to be an issue in EVERY state. The GAL the judge assigned (Darryl Wayne Moon) actually purposefully lied in front of the judge. He did not investigate even though there were clear signs of abuse and neglect during my daughter’s time at her dad’s & his 5th wife’s home. He did nothing responsible & he was unethical.
