A Mother’s HeartSongs Unsilenced

This site tackles court corruption cases the mainstream corporate media is too afraid or lazy to cover. It contains an extensive library of research and resources on legal & financial abuse, family court & probate corruption, Domestic Violence By Proxy, the Litigation Therapy Racket, Conservator & Guardian abuse, child abuse, domestic abuse, and numerous resources on healing from these traumas from top experts.

You will also find case law, case summaries, and lawsuits against corrupt court officials and articles on court thugs going to prison where they belong. The site is searchable and organized under categories and tags. Each Resources page contains highlights of what’s available on the entire site.

Our children have the inalienable right to their childhoods! They deserve so much more than having their only, irreplaceable childhood stolen and used as fodder by family court insiders for their cruel money-raking rackets. We must have accountability and oversight in our family and probate courts to put an end to their soul-less exploitation of the suffering of innocent children and families – their parasitic, wealth without work cabals. All judges, lawyers and court vendors must be held accountable.

My goodness, I cannot thank you enough for this article… more specifically, for me was the mention of cameras in the courtroom so we don’t have to get charged thousands for a transcript just so we can appeal and fight back. When I filed my appeal I was shocked and devastated to learn that the transcript I would need for my appeal would cost me $43k. Forty-three thousand dollars! I withdrew my appeal, rid myself of an attorney and will never pay a dime into the racket again. It’s unjust!

Thank you for sharing your story! I have been alienated and estranged for three years. I have # Justice for Abigaile and Natascha fb page and Abigailesstory.blogspot.com. Thank you for all you do may we all come together for a greater cause of our children to help them heal and stop the madness.

Holy Cow, I was looking for something else last night and came across your story. I had the same judge, Levinson in room 106. I had everything taken from me too. Litigation is STILL ongoing. This summer it was supervised visits, now therapist I have to pay for. Four kids. The youngest daughter is what hurts the most. She was the only one who loved me for myself. Levinson is gone, but exes attorney STILL doesn’t feel like they took enough. Challacombe is her name. I had Elliot Heidelberger at first. I knew something was wrong. Then came Don Cosley who threw me under the bus. And oh yeah, MY OWN PARENTS PARTICIPATE IN THIS SICK HATRED OF ME, INVOLVING MY KIDS AND TELLING LIES! I don’t know who to trust.

It is interesting that three key people from my case all retired around the same time. Judge Levinson retired a year early, around the same time that the child rep, Natalie Koga (age 52) retired, as well as Elliot Heidelberger. Levinson & Heidelberger both retired on the very same day. Another attorney, Meg Jackson, was left off the ARDC lawyer registration for awhile, then came back with a different first name – “Mary Elizabeth”, and moved her practice to a different county. The cyber-stalking and threats trying to get me to take this site down suddenly made sense. https://songsunsilenced.wordpress.com/2019/09/12/lawyers-judges-retire-to-make-misconduct-investigations-disappear/

    Your not alone!
Everyday the reality haunts me. The Grosse injustice and have seen this happen over and over again. (During my very own case litigation and loss) i have seen the degradation of the happy children that once filled our home. It is a helpless feeling that overwhelms. I feel your pain. I would encourage you to keep fighting, never give up and push thru. Document the issues and join the class action law suit. It’s a dark time in America. Never give up!!!

I have been surfing online more than three hours today, yet
I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty
worth enough for me. In my view, if all webmasters and bloggers made good
content as you did, the net will be much more useful than ever
before. Its like you learn my thoughts!
You seem to understand so much approximately this, like you wrote the ebook in it or something.
I think that you can do with some percent to drive the message house
a little bit, but other than that, this is great blog.
A great read. I’ll certainly be back. Greetings! I’ve been following your weblog for some time
now and finally got the bravery to go ahead and give
you a shout out from Houston Tx! Just wanted to say keep up the fantastic job!

I wanted to apologize about my comment ( pertaining to Dr Jonathon Gamze ) You are absolutely right, If a doctor whomever they are does break the law, violates it in anyway he or she should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. – Ione thing I do wish and I know that it is the victims privscy. Or dr Jonathon Gamze but I do believe if doctors or anyone for that matter who broke the law: the people should be able to know what it is exactly the doctor or whomever did. It would help make a change I believe. Right now all anyone knows ( that is around here Arlington heights that he was under probation for controlled substances ( we lack the actually law that we broke. Doctors are people also, and shouldn’t all of us be informed so we can make a wise choice whether or not to see this doctor based on factual evidence ?

Thank you for your message. The findings of these investigation are available to the public, but many times people do not know where to go for the information, or understand how to make FOIA requests. This site contains the information obtained from HealthGrades, and from the FOIA request to the State licensing board. Anyone wishing to stay current with sanctions on medical licenses can search from their site: https://www.idfpr.com/dpr.asp, and make their own Freedom of Information Act requests, if they choose to do so.

The judicial system in our country needs a complete overhaul, with most of the judges removed from the bench. Then we need a citizen oversight board to review their rulings in depth. Judges need to be held accountable for what they are doing to people. Once money is taken out of the equation we will begin to see more justice. I went public with my mother’s story the day she was kidnapped by Mary Giordano, an elder “care attorney with elderlawfg.com. She and the judge and the geriatric “care” manager did everything they could to steal every last dime from my mother. Once they locked her up in a nursing home, my Mom gave up. Two months later to the day she died; penniless, frightened and alone. Never be afraid to expose these criminals. They know exactly what they are doing and they are a major part of the reason for the destruction and devaluation of family. Those people will pay a heavy price. Karma. Keep up the good work. You will win…

Stories like yours are the reason I took my story public. My sons were older but damaged severely. I can’t imagine how hard it is for you. This stuff has to stop. I’m going to do my part to change the laws.

The one thing [good fit mothers] that lose custody have in common is [they] have an [abuse case]. The U.S.DOJ investigation found the nation’s [custody evaluators] and [minors attorney’s] recommend custody to [abusive fathers] and the nation’s divorce court judges award custody to [abusive fathers] based on [parental alienation], court ordering protective mothers [supervised visits] or [no contact].

Children have no power, no voice, and do not get to choose one parent over the other. [Minors attorney’s, custody evaluators and judges] decide that. Abuse cases…are [wrongly] labeled parental alienation or [high conflict] cases.

That’s because only ABUSERS sue for custody (in most cases). A loving Dad does not try to rip kids away from their Mom. Abusers sue to force Mom to return to him or to punish Mom by taking away her children. Sociopath Abusers cannot allow their victims to escape but are driven to destroy their lives. What better way to destroy your Ex then by taking away her children.

Ah so very true. I have been fighting my case for 8 years now. I am fresh out of money and can’t stomach the BS that flys out of their mouths. My children were taken away from me by a man who is a master manipulator. I see my children 24 hours a MONTH! I could go on and on however my point being, I am blessed to have found this site and find it most helpful on all fronts.

I am a targeted Mom. They misuse an old substance abuse (18 years old) history and bogus mental health manipulated evaluations to muddy the issue ….. I hurt over my children every single day. They are in the hands of very smart meth-users and sex freaks (is that redundant?). Violent people who know how to wear a convincing mask. I was fit. they are NOT. Cant get justice. And my life is a nightmare every single day. Its gotten worse in the 40 days if that is even possible. No one normal would believe what is hapepening to me. I am being denied “proof” by medical professionals and laboratory personnel. DONT Pee on my leg and tell me its raining. You give me some peace knowing it has happened to you too. I am sorry ..

Its been 6 years for me. Last year he beat our oldest son. The judge said even though it was in the best interests for the kids to come live with me, he was giving them back to the convicted abuser of woman and children. I am feeling like I’m losing my mind. My heart is broken.
